The "Outlot", the property on either side of the stream/wastegate from the mill pond to Park Lake. Originally Lot 2 of Block 18 & 19 of Nelson W. Clark's Plat of the Village in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20 in Independence Township. Now Lot 18 on the west side of Main St. & Lot 34 on the east side of Main St., or Outlot A & B.
The ownership of this property passed with the ownership of the Clarkston mill property as it did when Butler Holcomb sold the mill to Jeremiah & Nelson W. Clark.
